Day 1-3

Touch down at Victoria Falls International Airport where your transfer awaits to whisk you to Pioneers Victoria Falls. Located just minutes from the falls, this lodge serves as your comfortable base for two nights. You have a full day to explore Mosi-oa-Tunya (“The Smoke That Thunders”). Feel the spray of the world’s largest sheet of falling water, or choose from a myriad of optional activities from heart-pounding white-water rafting and bungee jumping to a serene sunset cruise on the Zambezi River.

Days 3-6

After breakfast, you’ll fly into Hwange’s remote southeastern wilderness. You will stay at Linkwasha Camp, located in a private concession known for exceptional game viewing and a calm, close-to-nature atmosphere. Guided drives through wide open plains and teak woodland reveal everything from lion to sable and large elephant herds. Back at camp, the productive waterhole provides a front-row seat to the steady movement of wildlife throughout the day.

Days 6-9

Bid farewell to Hwange as you fly back to the border and continue by road into Botswana. Your next stay is Chobe Under Canvas, a luxury mobile tented camp that moves to prime wildlife areas within Chobe National Park, offering an intimate, close-to-nature safari experience near the iconic Chobe River. This region is famous for one of Africa’s highest concentrations of elephants. Enjoy a mix of land and water safaris, with a sunset boat cruise on the Chobe River as a highlight bringing you up close to hippos, crocodiles, and elephant herds gathering at the water’s edge followed by unforgettable nights under the stars in your elegant tent.

Days 9-11

For your grand finale, a charter flight takes you deep into the exclusive Kwedi Concession, located in the northern reaches of the Okavango Delta. At Vumbura Plains Camp, you secure the best of both worlds: the unrestrained freedom of a private concession and the spectacular wildlife density of the Delta. Experience the silence of the bush on a traditional Mokoro glide through the channels (water level dependent) or track predators on night drives a distinct privilege not permitted in national parks. It is the perfect, tranquil conclusion to an unforgettable safari before your flight to Maun.
